From the vendor

Dunlop's Hendrix-branded Fuzz Face, a two-transistor silicon Fuzz Face on a negative-ground 9V supply with BC108 transistors matched around 260 hFE. Trimmers in both collector loads set the bias (Q1 collector 1.35V, Q2 collector 5.75V), and a small cap between Q1's base and Q2's emitter tames the highs. The post says it builds on any standard Fuzz Face layout with the right substitutions.

R4 may be 5.11K on early units. The trimmers are probably interactive, so check both collector voltages when biasing; 20K and 1K trimmers (or values between those and the ones drawn) would also work.
