From the vendor

The newer B K Butler Tube Driver with the Bias control, a 10K pot on the 12AX7 cathodes that sets the tube's current and so its gain, texture and dynamics. TL072 buffer and gain stage, cascaded triodes, Hi/Lo tone stack. The author takes its values and the Bias mod for his Overlord rebuild.

Per B K Butler, most players find the Bias sweet spot around 2:30 to 3 o'clock.
