From the vendor

A hand-drawn trace of an early (around 1979-80) B K Butler Tube Driver, the pedal Butler first built in his garage. A 4558 op-amp input buffer and gain stage drive both halves of a 12AX7 run from a split +13V/-14V supply, followed by a passive Hi/Lo tone stack and output level, all powered from a 24VAC center-tapped transformer.

The tracer notes that C2 should be non-polarized; replace it with a film cap when possible (the reissue fixes this). The tracer notes that the main difference between this version and the newer one is R14, which goes from 2.2K here to 22K on the new one. V1 can be a 12AX7, 12AT7 or 12AU7. The tracer suggests rewiring it for true bypass.
