Zachary Vex's Fuzz Factory: a 2N3904 input stage feeding a germanium AC128 pair in a Fuzz Face style arrangement, with five interactive controls including Stab, a series supply-starving pot, and Gate, Comp and Drive pots that move the bias. It is known for wild oscillating and gated sounds as well as usable fuzz once tuned.

Some units use 2N404 instead of AC128. The vero layout notes that BC558 silicon transistors work well in place of Q1 and Q2.
