A HAO overdrive said to emulate a 1969 Marshall Plexi 50W turned up to 10. It is a simple dual op-amp circuit: an inverting gain stage, then a second inverting stage with silicon clipping diodes, a 470K resistor and a 1.2n cap in its feedback, an output divider and a volume pot.

Any dual op-amp such as an LF353 or LF412 can be used. The clipping diodes are silicon, e.g. 1SS119.
