From the vendor
This is part of our FuzzPup range of circuits designed for 1590A builds. They're not especially difficult, but working in a confined space can be fiddly. Take heed.
Of course there's nothing stopping you using these PCBs for 'standard' builds. They're Direct Connect compatible.
A different PCB is available for 'standard' 1590B builds - see the related products listed below.
NOTE: Images other than the main circuit are to illustrate general FuzzPup V2 build style
The Dallas Range Master. Bedrock of so many classic tones. Beautiful germanium treble boost. The originals used OC44 transistors, but they're as rare as a coat on a night out in Newcastle, so we'll offer a selection of cans as and when we have them available. They'll all offer their own unique character to this little gem, so why not try a few to see which you prefer? Now also availalble with no transistor in case you've sourced your own little beauty.
Because we care, and no-one likes messing around with dedicated posi-ground supplies, this new version has the option of a voltage inverter. This magical doohickey will let you use those beautiful PNP transistors while still working on a daisy-chainable standard negative ground supply. This is optional - you can still wire it posi-ground or use a battery if you prefer.
Comes with a separate daughterboard to easily mount the pots to the main PCB.
Pots have round shafts so you'll need set-screw fitting knobs. Pot spacing is 18mm.
If you want the PCB without parts there's a link for that at the bottom of the page.
Partial kit: PCB, all board-mounted components, pots.
Full kit: As above, plus footswitch and daughterboard, jack sockets, DC socket, battery snap, hook-up wire, LED.
Enclosure (pre-drilled) is available as an option with full kits, and will not take a battery. Knobs are not included.
Builds are only available with full kits including enclosures. Please choose appropriate knobs.
Supplied with 9mm pots (round shaft)
