From the vendor

The Italian-made Vox Tone Bender of 1966-68: a two-transistor germanium PNP fuzz with a 47K feedback resistor from the Attack pot to the first transistor's base, in the Fuzz Face family. The quoted review describes it as a raspy, treble-heavy fuzz, between a Rangemaster and a Fuzz Face, with a little less fuzz than an early Fuzz Face.

The 1M input pull-down resistor and the 47uF supply capacitor (drawn in blue) are optional improvements, not part of the original.
