RunOffGroove Bazz Fuss v3
Based on the Bazz Fuss· 4 other boards clone it
From the vendor
The minimal Bazz Fuss as hosted by Home-wrecker: one MPSA13 Darlington with a 10k collector resistor and a single diode from collector to base, followed by a 100k audio volume pot. The clipping diode is the part to experiment with, as the post's comparison chart shows.
Diode comparison (Home-wrecker): 1N34A, 0.22V: decent, but output is too low. 1N914, 0.57V: the stock version, great fuzz. 1N34A plus 1N914, 0.78V: a bit more defined and louder. Two 1N34A plus 1N914, 1.0V: almost a hybrid fuzz/distortion. Orange LED, 1.8V: a hybrid distortion/overdrive.
