From the vendor

Boss's Hyper Fuzz, a later descendant of the Super-Fuzz. A JFET input buffer feeds a differential gain stage with the Gain pot, then a Super-Fuzz style phase splitter and long-tailed pair with diode clipping. Op-amp filter stages, a three-way Mode switch (boost, fuzz I, fuzz II), active High and Low EQ and Boss's JFET electronic switching with a flip-flop finish it.

Q12's emitter resistor (R19 here) has no value on the drawing.
Q9 and Q10 are not in the drawing's transistor list; their type is unknown.
The capacitor under the Low pot (C26 here) has no value; the 150n beside it is marked tantalum.
