Brian Wampler's Marshall Plexi-in-a-box: three cascaded J201 common-source stages with the Gain pot between the first and second, followed by a two-pole RC low-pass and a simple Tone control to ground ahead of the Volume pot. A switch (S2) adds a 2.2n cap in parallel with the first coupling cap for more low end. Traced by the freestompboxes.org community, with input from Brian himself.
