From the vendor

Bjorn Juhl's design for Mad Professor: a BJF Little Red Trebler treble booster followed by a Red Rooster booster with a master volume, built from four 2N5952 JFET stages. It can serve as treble booster, clean boost or overdrive. An internal switch adds a JRC5534 op-amp buffer that stays on in bypass, or leaves the pedal true bypass.
