The Lovepedal Purple Plexi, traced by the freestompboxes.org community (schematic by Ghandi). The post calls it a simple LM386 power-amp-chip distortion: a JRC386D with a gain pot between pins 1 and 8, followed by a passive low-pass and a Freq control before the volume pot.
