MT10 Mostortion

The MT-10 is part of the „Ibanez Power Series by Maxon“ and has been developed in the US in order to get an accurate emulation of a tube preamp. Therefore the MT-10 is able, to produce warm and beefy vintage overdrive sounds. The „Distortion“ knob controls the „preamp gain“. The Mostortion also features a 3-band equalizer. That means a very wide distortion spectrum with more output and a better boost quality, than many other distortion pedals. And - with the distortion knob at minimum, you can use the MT-10 as a booster – great !!

With the settings: Distortion at 60%, Bass at 25%, Middle at 100% and Treble at 35% the pedal produces nearly a Tube Screamer TS-808 sound.
