With an added mod from Fuzzdog which took the octave control from EQD Life Pedal so you can dial in the amount of octave up as you desire.

- D3 (lower middle, row Z-AB col 17, drawn as a small-signal diode): the legend has no D3 entry but says 'D5: 1N4148' while D5 is drawn as a round red LED and also falls inside 'D4-D7: 3mm red LEDs'; entered D3 as 1N4148 assuming a legend typo, and D5 as an LED
- Octave Sw: whether the octave footswitch counts as an effect control or a third bypass switch is a judgement call
