- 2N3906: the '3906' note sits in the top margin above column ~x400; it marks one of the nine BJTs, either the one at the top edge (right of the 470K) or the one two rows below in that column; the count of one 3906 and eight MPSA18 holds either way
- J201 x2: the two 'J201' margin notes (left edge and bottom edge) are taken to mark the two D-S-G transistors in the lower left
