I'm a Zappa fan, I admit it. This can get you towards his tones, it's a parametric EQ for the mids and you can dial in that obnoxious timbre (obnoxious timbre? WTF). It can do a minor boost, but I wouldn't be using it for that, but don't listen to me, shut up and play yer guitar!
