From the vendor
The Vemuram Jan Ray, a Japanese boutique overdrive in a brass enclosure, traced by mmolteratx. It is a Paul Cochrane Timmy in structure: a dual op-amp with a pre-gain bass control, diode clipping in the feedback loop and a passive treble cut before a recovery stage. The only real difference is the treble control's range (it rolls off from about 2.8kHz at maximum, where the Timmy's does at 10.6kHz) and an internal trimmer that varies the effective value of R4, which sets the stage's gain.
Per mmolteratx: use the Timmy's treble control in a different range and you have a Jan Ray.
