The Dunlop Jimi Hendrix Wah Special JH-1s, shown in the post for comparison with the Clyde McCoy; the post notes it is the same as a standard Cry Baby. It is the classic two-transistor inductor wah with MPSA18 Darlington transistors and a 470K pot.
