From the vendor

A silicon Fuzz Face variant using 2N3906 PNP transistors wired to run from a standard negative-ground supply. The Blend control sets how much signal passes through a 1u cap beside the 4.7n input cap, controlling the bass and fatness, and the Drive network is slightly altered from the stock Fuzz Face. A 10K trimmer in Q2's collector sets the bias.

rmrosa measured the original: the 10K trimmer was set to 2.73K; Q1 pins 1/2/3 at 1.46V, 6.62V, 7.24V and Q2 at 6.62V, 7.48V, 7.93V.
