Will Firstbrook Range Pig Treble Boost
Based on the Will Firstbrook Range Pig
From the vendor
Will Firstbrook's low-noise, negative-ground silicon treble booster that emulates a Rangemaster with piggybacked 2N5210 transistors to mimic germanium's low gain and nonlinearity. Q2's collector is biased to 7V for asymmetric clipping, and C6/C7 cut highs to simulate germanium's high-frequency weakness.
C1 can be increased to 100n for a full-bodied boost.
