From the vendor

Wampler's 'Brown Sound' distortion: two cascaded J201 micro-amp stages with bootstrapped gate bias (the dual micro booster developed from the Brown Sound in a Box II DIY circuit), a J201 buffer, a passive tone and contour network, and a TL072 make-up gain stage. A footswitched Boost turns on MPF102s that switch extra source bypass into each gain stage.
