From the vendor

Marc Ahlfs' fuzz voiced for the guitar solos on Dark Side of the Moon: a BC109C preamp stage with a pregain trim feeding a silicon Fuzz Face-style pair (BC109Cs) with a reverse-log Gain pot in the emitter, a pre-distortion bass control and a post-distortion treble filter. The post says it is basically Skreddy's Screwdriver with part substitutions, and that Marc's careful parts choices matter to the sound.
