From the vendor
The late-1960s Colorsound Power Boost, run from 18V: three silicon transistors (BC169C, BC184C or BC109): a two-transistor high-gain preamp with a 10k pot in the first stage's emitter, a Baxandall bass and treble stack, and a third transistor recovery stage. Colorsound's own text says it and the Overdriver are the same circuit in a different case; turned up full it is the classic Beck/Gilmour overdrive.
