A high-gain distortion that the post identifies as basically a Marshall Shredmaster with MOSFET clipping: a TL074 gain stage with the Gain pot in its feedback, a second gain stage, 2N7000 MOSFETs (with 1N4148s) as clippers, a Shredmaster-style Bass/Treble stack with a mid-character toggle, and an internal Sub-Bass control in the output stage.

The post suggests building a Marshall Shredmaster with switchable diode clipping options instead.
