From the vendor

Xotic's BB Preamp, a boost/overdrive with up to 30dB of clean boost, a pre-gain stage and an active two-band (bass and treble) EQ. The post sums it up as an op-amp clipping stage into a tone and boost section: a 2N5088 input buffer, a JRC4558 gain stage with diode clipping, and a TL072 active EQ and output stage.
