From the vendor

The later version of the MI Audio Crunch Box, with the internal Presence control MI Audio describes. It keeps the two LM833 gain stages and LED clipping of V1 but changes the tone network: 470 ohm after the second stage, a 22n tone cap and a 20K presence trimmer in place of the 10K/4.7K output divider.

Presence (VR4) is an internal 20K trimmer on the original; the turretboard.org layout brings it out as a fourth pot.
