A late-1990s design by Gez that uses the MOSFETs inside a CD4007 as three cascaded inverter gain stages, each biased with 1M feedback resistors and filtered with small caps. Mictester pointed out that it is what sits inside the Catalinbread SCOD's CD4007 section. Draws about 5mA.
