Bigfoot FX's vibrato inspired by the early-1960s Magnatone amp vibrato (the newer version without the tremolo switch). It is a single MPSA18 phase-shift stage whose LDR is pulsed by an LED driven from a transistor phase-shift LFO; the post notes it is very close to Tim Escobedo's Wobbletron, with the LED/LDR replacing the JFET.
For a more complex version with many more tones, the post points to MadBeanPedals' QuadraVibe project.
