From the vendor
The sought-after Burns Buzzaround, a three-PNP-germanium fuzz researched by Dragonfly of Soulkitchen FX, David Main of D*A*M and others. A direct-coupled two-transistor amplifier feeds a germanium-diode-biased distortion stage, with Balance setting the bias of the third transistor and Timbre a simple tone control at the output. The post notes it is very similar to the old three-knob Tone Benders.
David Main (D*A*M) reports seeing a 10K Balance pot instead of 5K. David Main reports seeing a 24K resistor (R1) instead of 27K.
