HIGGS PARTICLE PHASER

The Higgs Particle Phaser was developed as a fun experiment, to see if I could use digital CMOS shift register chips to create a small time delay, just enough to make a phaser, and it works surprisingly well.

I consider this one as a proof of concept. It's certainly not the best way to make a phaser as it draws alot of current (because it has a very high frequency clock) and it's a bit noisy. But it turned out very usable and it's different than most other phaser circuits.
