The Mod Electronics Deluge is a PCB build with board-mounted potentiometers based on the Noah’s Ark Distortion “M”. The Deluge uses a classic distortion arrangement with a dual op-amp for gain and silicon diodes for hard-clipping. The Deluge is voiced for an amp-like distortion character targeting the sound of Marshall Plexi-style amplifiers. In addition to the standard volume and gain controls, there is also a set low-pass filter on the output with adjustable intensity via the “Tone” control. The Deluge operates on standard 9V power with a low current draw. The build will fit in both a Hammond 1590N1/125B and the Gorva C65, with room for an optional battery and top-jacks.
