Enclosure not stated

From the vendor

A true-bypass version of the quasi-IC: no buffers, a Panasonic TQ2-L2-5V latching relay switched by an ATtiny13A, ATtiny45 or ATtiny85 running the same firmware. Through-hole, so it is larger; its middle nine pins match the ATtiny202 module, and extra pins (9 V after the protection, 5 V, ground, LED) let it drive off-the-shelf boards such as PedalPCB or AionFX.

Fabrication notes from the designer: I used these with JLCPCB; their suitability for other fabricators is unknown. They were generated from the KiCad project via kicad-jlcpcb-tools.

Schematic

The schematic is in Matt Garman's own KiCad project: open the KiCad schematicor its PDF, or get the whole project to modify it.
