THE NOTCH is based around the Intersound pedal, if you can call it that, of the same name. Thanks to John at Electronic Audio experiments for providing the trace.
Long ago my friend John at Electronic Audio Experiments did a trace of the Intersound “The Notch” and he shared the schematic with me. I did the board for a personal build and had fun. Five years later I cleaned things up a bit and got John’s go-ahead to put it out as a DIY project. It is a cool Twin-T style filter with a nice sounding Jfet overdrive at the front. Grab your favorite calculator and sculpt it to your needs.
