The Standard Fuzz is a clone of another old school fuzz. This fuzz can get really crazy, and it’s really well suited for those who like wild vintage fuzzes. This fuzz does like some very unique transistors that aren’t that common from DIY suppliers, but there are many transistors you can use to build this which will work just fine. Look especially for low HFE values for the BJT transistors needed for the various gain stages.
