A compact tube guitar preamp. Two channels: Clean and Lead. Each channel has Gain and Volume controls, as well as a three-band EQ. The Clean channel has a Bright switch (upper frequencies boost), the Lead channel has options Bright and Mid Shift. Incredible power and aggression of overdriven guitar sound! By using a MOSFET LND150 as a "cathode follower" and also in the second gain stage of the Clean channel, it was possible to use only 2 vacuum tubes (ECC83/12AX7 or 6Н2П-ЕВ). 6Н2П-ЕВ/12AX7 switchable heater via jumpers on the tube board. Power supply: regulated mains adapter 12 VDC (load current of 1 A or more). To power the tube plates an internal DC-DC high voltage boost power converter is used (Nixie type). The dimensions of the main PCB 99 x 100 mm. Enclosure type: Hammond 1590XX.
