NostalgiTone MAGNETAR

Description

NostalgiTone MAGNETAR brings powerful, Sunn-inspired tone to your rig, with a full-range response that retains its weight and character in both standard and drop tunings. Its BURST and IMPACT controls shape its raw, amp-driven saturation, while two J201 gain stages and internal bias trims give the circuit its distinctive voice. MAGNETAR puts the focus on driving those gain stages and exploring the intensity, texture, and character of the resulting breakup.

MAGNETAR stands on its own as a powerful gain circuit, but it also excels when stacked with other overdrive and distortion pedals. Push an already driven signal into more saturation and harmonic complexity, or add another layer of aggression and density to a cleaner sound. Whether it’s the main source of drive or part of a larger gain chain, MAGNETAR delivers its own bold character without sacrificing the low-end weight that makes it equally compelling in standard and drop tunings
