Based on the Dead Astronaut Dreamtime Delay· the maker's own board is Dreamtime Delay by Dead Astronaut FX

2x2399 in series delay with current mirror setup for long clean delay times. Note that Rate and Depth pot is wired backwards in the schematic. Changed it for the layout and also subbed the 1mA pots for 1mC's. Schematic is avaiable HERE.
