The fuzz and wah section of Ltava Fuzz/Vibrato/Wah multi effects pedal manufactured in Ukraine in the early 80s. The LFO section was left out simply because the layout would be too big. The internal trimpots is taken out on the outside for external gain controls. And a onboard voltage inverter was added.

- Q4: not labelled on the drawing; one of the two transistors labelled Q5 (bottom, columns 13 and 19) must be Q4, which one is not stated. Part types per the legend are unaffected
- D3 (top left, row A): legend prints 'D1: 1N5817' after 'D1-D2: D220'; taken as a typo for D3
- 750K at the left (column 4, rows M-P): printed clearly, unusual value
- 82pF at the left (column 3, rows P-Q): printed clearly, unusual value
- Fuzz Sw and Wah Sw: the drawing does not say whether they are toggles or footswitches
