Here is a pretty cool overdrive with qquite a poweful eq section. However, it requires som fiddling to make your own custom 10kC/100kC dual gang pots for the EQ controls. HERE is a small tutorial at page 3. Second, the DPDT on/on/on switch type isn't specified in the info sheet I have, only "the coomon type" which leads me to believe it is a "Type 2" switch. Note that this a buffered bypass circuit.
