Based on on the mighty Roland Bee Baa with some interesting tweaks. The transistor part numbers remains unknown but I giess 2N5088s or 2N3904s are good starters to experiment with. Also, the Gate pot can be subbed for a larger value for a wider sweep and the Filter pot can be subbed with a smaller value for a more even sweep. Schematic is avaiable HERE.
