Work-a-like of a dual channel Sib! Varidrive. Though we're not sure if it was ever produced, there is a picture of such a beast that exists on the internet. So, of course, we just ran with the concept. Two OD channels, with independent gain and EQ's, and a common Bright control. At moderate settings, this is not a typical overdrive that will overwhelm the front end of an amp. If you're looking for a tone "sweetener", this is your beast. You can always set the second channel for more (or less) beef, as required.

THIS IS A PROJECT PLUS KIT CONSISTS OF; - ONE (1) PCB SET (Control and power boards.) - ONE (1) POWER TRANSFORMER - Tested for proper operation.

These transformer is generally the hardest to source, so we've made an effort to find some, as well as test them, to take that pain away. With the component market being polluted with fake or defective parts more and more, it's a pain the DIY'er can do without. AVAILABILITY OF THIS PROJECT IS SUBJECT TO MARKET SUPPLY AND COST. WARNING!! THIS PROJECT GENERATES HAZARDOUS VOLTAGES!! NOT RECOMMENDED FOR BEGINNERS OR BUILDERS NOT FAMILIAR WITH HIGH VOLTAGES REQUIRED FOR TUBE AMPLIFICATION!! The power section can develop up to 190vdc. Enough to certainly give a decent jolt, and perhaps in some cases, cause death. We only recommend that experienced builders, especially those with high voltage protocol understanding tackle this project. YOU HAVE BEEN DULY WARNED!!
