The Höfner Buzztone is an uncommon 3-transistor fuzz from the 1970s. Though it shares some similarities with the Selmer Buzztone, it uses a unique circuit topology with three common emitter amps in series with local feedback. The Depth control adjusts the feedback amount of the second common emitter stage.
